*Priority is to scribe for our Chief Acupuncturist and then our staff Acupuncturist.
*Other responsibilities include assisting the chief acupuncturist in servicing the patients
*help explain the purpose of our services to patients
*help provide 5 star customer service (i.e. Serve tea, help them to their car, help them put their socks and shoes on, etc.)
*help sanitize treatment areas
*backup to help check-in an check out patients.
*Performance is measured by accuracy of SOAP Notes, and you’re ability to recite our scripts to patients.
*you must be able to learn and train via watching videos and reading instructions
*proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
*working knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite
*Working knowledge of Chirospring EHR is a plus
*Critical Thinker, quick on their feet
*ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and HIPAA compliance
*Great at following instructions and directions
*Ability to Model and Mimic our Clinic and Duplicate the same results
*Energetic and happy
*Must want to continually grow to improve your communication skills

COMPENSATION PACKAGE & BENEFITS:
*Compensation is negotiable and dependent on your past ability to produce results
*Training Hourly Salary: 90 day probationary period
*After the 90 day probation, if you are accepted onto our Team, then you will qualify to earn performance based bonuses
