Ms. Sanftner comes to our university with over 15 years of experience in management and customer service including sales, food service and administration. She began her business career assisting the sales training manager at Sears Department store. She then moved into the food service industry and for more than 10 years worked as an assistant general manager, assistant manager, and floor manager in restaurants specializing in both full and counter service. Ultimately, her experience in management and training led her to expand into the field of education. She is now serving as Registrar and part time instructor in the M.B.A. program at Texas Health and Science University.
